Refund Policy

14-day guarantee

If a product doesn't work on your system and we can't resolve the problem together, we'll refund you in full. Contact us at ryan@soulcandi.co.za within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the issue.

How it works

We'll usually ask a few questions or suggest a fix first — most issues are installation-related and quickly solved. If we can't get you running, we'll issue the refund through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, to your original payment method.

What we can't refund

Because our products are digital downloads, we can't offer refunds for change of mind after the product has been downloaded and is working as described. We encourage you to watch the demo video and check the system requirements before buying.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
