What we collect

This website is a static site — it has no accounts, no tracking cookies, and no analytics that identify you. We don't collect personal information when you browse.

When you buy something

Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. During checkout, Lemon Squeezy collects the information needed to process your order (name, email address, payment details, and billing country). We receive your name, email address, and order details so we can deliver the product and provide support — we never see your payment details. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy applies to the checkout process.

How we use your information

We use your email address to deliver your download and license key, respond to support requests, and — only if you opt in — send occasional product updates. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.

Embedded content

Product pages embed videos from YouTube (in privacy-enhanced mode). YouTube may set cookies when you play a video; see Google's privacy policy for details.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you or delete the information we hold about you at any time — email ryan@soulcandi.co.za. We comply with applicable data protection law, including South Africa's POPIA.
